In
the mid-1970s, the family entered the livestock and poultry industry as part of
their business activities. This venture was founded by the late Mr. Akbar
Sadeghi, the patriarch of the Sadeghi family, together with his eldest son,
Engineer Mohsen Sadeghi, and other family members.
In
1992 (1371), a breeder poultry farm was established, which has since expanded
to more than seven breeder farms.
In
2010 (1389), in response to new policies in the country’s poultry industry, a
fully integrated poultry chain was developed. This included breeder farms,
broiler production units, hatcheries, feed production facilities,
slaughterhouses, and processing plants, with the aim of creating a complete
production chain.

Construction of the Sarshar Daneh factory began on a 10,000-square-meter site in Safadasht, Tehran Province, with the aim of producing a variety of livestock and poultry supplements.
Obtaining the official production license for manufacturing various livestock and poultry supplements.
Establishment of a production site for various poultry concentrates to meet the nutritional needs of all poultry breeds in the country.
Production of various livestock lick blocks using the latest manufacturing technologies, with the aim of meeting a significant portion of the country’s need.
In response to the group’s need for raw material supply and with the aim of completing its product portfolio, a production unit for dicalcium phosphate (DCP) and monocalcium phosphate (MCP) was established under the brand name “Tak Phosphate.”
In parallel with the advancement of new technologies—particularly biotechnology—in products related to the nutrition and health of livestock, poultry, and humans, the company initiated, in 2022 (1401), the design and construction of a new development phase aimed at producing active ingredients.
With its entry into the fields of biotechnology and nanotechnology, and with the aim of addressing common challenges in nutrition and health, the company has begun designing specialized formulations in this area and has introduced its products to the market under the ALVEX brand.
As part of Sarshar Group’s development plan to produce knowledge-based and innovative products—and to create the necessary infrastructure for emerging technologies—while also moving toward self-sufficiency in the country’s plant, animal, and human health sectors, production lines for rapid diagnostic kits (Rapid Tests) have been established.
